Bookisia Terms and Conditions

Bookisia is a trademark of OOPATECH INC., a federally incorporated company registered in Quebec. OOPATECH INC. is the legal party providing the Bookisia platform and entering these terms, even when invoices, Stripe subscriptions, or customer-facing documents display the Bookisia name. These terms govern access to Bookisia websites and platform services. An organization may also provide customer-facing booking, cancellation, refund, privacy, and professional-service terms that apply to its own services.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to configure its tenant, staff, content, providers, payments, and data.

Acceptable use

You may use Bookisia for lawful business and booking activities. You must not bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, access another tenant, upload malicious or unlawful material, misuse personal information, impersonate another person, or use the platform in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Your content and customer data

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Bookisia the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having authority to submit and use customer, staff, media, and professional information and for configuring notices, retention, and access appropriate to your activities.

Bookings, payments, and integrations

Bookings are between the customer and the organization providing the service. Payment, calendar, video, email, and other integrations depend on third-party providers and their terms. You must verify provider configuration and webhook/account status. Disconnecting a provider can prevent future bookings, payments, meetings, or notifications. Refund and dispute rights presented by the provider or organization continue to apply.

Plans, changes, and suspension

Plan price, billing frequency, trial, renewal, cancellation, and included features are presented during signup or in the applicable order. We may change the service to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product function. Access may be limited or suspended for a security threat, unlawful use, non-payment, material breach, or risk to other tenants, with notice where reasonable and permitted.

Privacy, exports, and closure

The Bookisia Privacy Notice explains platform handling. Authorized tenants may use guarded export and closure processes. Exports are encrypted and time-limited; closure and deletion remain subject to identity verification, legal holds, disputes, required retention, provider operations, and backup expiry.

Availability and responsibility

We work to operate and recover the platform reliably, but internet services and third-party providers can fail. Do not use Bookisia as the sole location for information that your law or profession requires you to preserve independently. Any warranty, liability, indemnity, service-level, governing-law, and dispute terms require the final contracting-entity agreement and qualified legal approval.
